Fund ACDMPV research in honor of a loved one.

Your donation to the ACDA supports groundbreaking research to find the cause of and cure for ACDMPV. If you would like to designate your donation in honor of a loved one, please enter the honoree name in the “In Honor Of & Acknowledgement To” box.

The ACDA will send an acknowledgement to the appropriate ACDA registered family of any honorary contributions.

Please also consider becoming a sustained donor by selecting “Make this a Monthly donation”.

PayPal Giving Fund

PayPal Giving Fund is a separate 501(c)(3) non-profit that collects donations, issues receipts and makes disbursements to the ACDA every month, without any transaction fees payable by the ACDA.

Disbursements of donations through PayPal Giving Fund are received by the ACDA on the 25th of each month. Although an honoree donation cannot be entered at the time of a donation through PayPal Giving Fund, you can separately send an email to treasurer@acdassociation.org requesting the distribution of an acknowledgement letter.

Facebook

Families have organized very successful campaigns for the ACDA through Facebook fundraisers.

Organizers of each Facebook fundraiser will be notified directly through Facebook of your donation. The ACDA does not separately receive a comprehensive list of donors or honorary designations from Facebook fundraisers. If you would like to request the distribution of an acknowledgement letter to an ACDA registered family, please send an email to treasurer@acdassociation.org letting us know about your donation.

Don’t forget about Matching Gifts – If your employer has a Matching Gifts Program for charitable organizations, your contributions to ACDMPV research can grow! Please check with your Human Resources department. The ACDA Tax Identification Number is 46-2915711.

Note: As we do not receive a list of specific donors from Facebook fundraisers, please donate to the ACDA directly through the “Direct Donation” option rather than through Facebook if you would like to submit a Matching Gift request.
